Open Oak Farm is dedicated to helping people in the Willamette Valley source more of their calories from our local foodscape, with a focus on grains, beans, and winter season vegetables.

Our winter vegetable field provides a wide variety of vegetable crops during what has traditionally been the "off season" for farmers and gardeners.
A locally-grown winter diet can be remarkably varied, featuring many leafy greens and hearty root crops.
Over the course of the season, our Winter Crop CSA shares includes:
Lettuce, Salad Greens, Spinach, Sorrell, Endive, Radicchio, Napa Cabbage, Broccoli, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, Collard Greens, Kale, Chard, Beets, Carrots, Parsnips, Root Parsley, Bunching Parsley, Cilantro, Celeriac, Salad and standard Turnips, Rutabagas, Daikon, Bunching and Winter Radishes, Shallots, Garlic, Leeks, Green Onions, Burdock, Winter Squash, Snow Peas.
Some of these crops may also be available for sale through the website eugenelocalfoods.com.
Our Main Season CSA includes just about every vegetable that grows well in our area, including many of the more popular crops listed above, plus:
Green beans, all kinds of Tomatoes, Sweet and Hot Peppers, Eggplant, Tomatillos, Potatoes, Watermelons, Cantelopes, Cucumbers, Summer Squash, Bok Choi, Basil, Strawberries, Onions, Sweet Corn, Fava Beans, Fennel.
